The Lord's sweetest earthly gift to me is my wife, Lisa. The life we share with our children: Adam & his wife Jackie, Elizabeth and her new husband Bill, Abigail, Caroline & Grant is a place of unmixed richness, refreshment and refuge.

Our children are mortified by the almost 4 year old photo above - so we will make every effort to improve upon it in our current website overhaul.

I have had the pleasure and privilege to serve in pastoral ministry for almost 23 years. Our family's life and ministry has deep roots in New England and we follow in a long lineage of faithful fans of all New England sports teams.

I treasure the heritage of faith and love for the Gospel that has always surrounded me. Born into a missionary/pastor's family, I spent my early years in Japan and my entire life in an atmosphere that was saturated with a delight in God's grace and an eager pursuit of Biblically shaped life and ministry.

My educational years included a B.A. in Biblical Literature & Languages at Northeastern Bible College in Essex Fells, NJ and Masters studies in Old Testament Theology & Hebrew at Columbia Biblical Seminary in Columbia, SC. I also attended the Sovereign Grace Pastors College in Gaithersburg, MD.
